Ok, so this is just the most spectacular picture of all time. It looks like the climatic moment from a musical that follows the escapades of a group of individuals who will sacrifice warmth and comfort to frolic (yes, frolic) in the wild northwest. That or it could be a visitportland.com logo to show visitors that everyone loves the rain.
