So the way you post stuff is you make sure you are signed-in (top right corner - click sign in), then click New Post (top right corner again), then write stuff.
There have been some awesome things posted as comments, but I almost missed them because they were hidden. Post things!

Hi Meara,
I liked your post. Very informative. I will post something when I have something interesting to say. So don't hold your breath. I am more of a commentor than a blogger. Part of my avoiding problem, I guess.

I think you have lots of interesting things that you could post. For example:
1. Your knowledge of GIS.
2. Bird watching info.
3. Why you shouldn't feed bread to ducks.
